For the past few weeks, many of my clients have come in with sore calves and feet. The culprit? It’s flip flop season! Remember those Dr. Scholl’s ads from the 70s? Flip flops, slides, and any kind of shoes without ankle support provide a workout for our calves. Yes, even ones with good arch support.
