This gentle class uses slow flowing movement in standing in seated postures to strengthen balance and stability, unravel imbalances and restore energy. The class is suitable for all ages and all levels of experience, and particularly useful for those with chronic conditions or recovering from injury.
Class runs for 8 weeks, January 6 – February 24 at Hampshire Athletic Club in Amherst. Free for members, $12 for non-members (includes day pass.)
