I love teaching people about our bodies – the mechanics of how our muscles work together, how to read the signals our bodies send and how to use movement, breath and relaxation to bring our bodies back to balance. Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) is one tool for this, as are yoga and mindfulness. Reiki is another tool I can not only offer, but am pleased to be able to teach you Reiki for your self-care and to help care for others.
The best thing about Reiki? You can learn to do it yourself! Almost 100 years ago, Reiki’s founder, Dr. Usui, envisioned and taught Reiki as a home remedy. I can teach you to tune into the subtle energy channels in your body to release pain and tension and promote healing.
