I’m taking time off this week and next.

The lovely Catherine Nagel will be teaching a full class schedule at Hadley Yoga Studio at Hadley Health Center on Russell St/Route 9 $13-20 drop in.

I will return to Hadley Yoga on Wednesday 7/8 at 6:00 pm for Gentle/Moderate Yoga with Restorative. 

Yoga for the Neck & Shoulders – the next 4 week, small group series begins July 7 at 9:30 am  at Serenity Yoga in South Hadley. Space is limited to allow lots of hands-on support. Registration deadline is July 3rd. Please register online today!
